City of Boca Raton closes on roughly $17 million for new municipal office buildingThe city purchased the office building at 6551 Park of Commerce Boulevard from Meridian Park of Commerce, LLC for about $17.4 million.
Building is mostly vacant, few existing tenants, minimal renovation expected before city occupancy.
Purpose: to relocate roughly 430 city employees displaced by the planned redevelopment of the City Hall campus (including the Building Administration & Code Enforcement functions).
