Congrats! If you would like your deal to be featured on Traded, please submit your information on submit.traded.co.

Traded currently covers New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Chicago, Texas, and New Jersey metro areas. We also cover deals throughout each state via their nearest market. For example, our Miami market encompasses deals across the entire state of Florida. We are working on bringing Traded to new cities and regions! The easiest way to make sure you're on top of all the latest news is to subscribe to our newsletter. You can choose which cities/states you would like to subscribe to and select your preferred frequency. To subscribe, please visit traded.co/newsletters and opt into Traded marketing communications.

Submissions

Congrats! If you would like your deal to be featured on Traded, please submit your information on submit.traded.co.

Your post will be emailed to you for your approval between one to three business days. Upon your approval, please allow three to seven business days for the submission to be published. For time-sensitive submissions, please select the "Speed Post" option on our submission form. Speed Posts are published within 24 hours of your approval. If you would like to update your submission to a "Speed Post" please contact us at [email protected] with your information and we will be happy to help you expedite your post.

Yes, all submissions undergo an approval process before they are published. You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on your post. Please lookout for an email from our team to review your submission.

Once published, only tags and captions can be revised. For additional requests, please email us at [email protected] and our team will be able to assist. Please be aware that there may be a fee associated for any additional requests.

Yes, you have the option to hide the names of the buyer and seller when submitting a deal. However, please note that there is a fee associated. For specific pricing details, please visit our submission form at submit.traded.co.

We require an address for every submission. However, if you would like to hide it from the caption, there is a fee associated. Please visit our submission form at submit.traded.co for more details.

Price is required to publish a deal. However, for deals that occured in non-disclosure states, we provide the option to omit the price.

No, it is mandatory to include the asking rent for all lease transactions.

Yes, it is possible to include multiple addresses in the same post if they are part of a portfolio and are being bought or sold together.

Yes, you have the option to submit older deals to our social media platforms. Please visit submit.traded.co and provide the details of your past deal. However, please note that there is a $500 fee for deals that are older than 90 days.

No, we do not currently offer package deals for submissions. Each deal must be submitted individually.

Payment & Refunds

To get specific pricing details, please visit our submission form at submit.traded.co.

Changed your mind? You may request a refund within 7 business days of submitting your deal. Please be advised that you will be charged a 25% service charge that will be deducted from your total refund amount. After 7 business days, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If your post has been posted on our social channels, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. All refunds must be made via email at [email protected].

For any inquiries regarding a post removal, please contact us at [email protected].

The payment option should appear at the bottom of the page. If you do not see it, please refresh your browser or try using a different browser. We recommend using a desktop computer to submit the payment. If you continue to experience issues, please email us at [email protected].

Profiles

A Traded profile is a professional landing page that showcases your past and present deals. It's a great way to showcase a comprehensive overview of your transactions and serves as a portfolio of your real estate activity.

To make changes to your profile on the website, please contact [email protected] and provide us with the edits you would like to make.

It can take up to two to three days for the deal to be reflected on our website. If you have submitted a deal that is not featured on your profile after this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will assist you and ensure that your transaction is properly displayed on your profile.

All profiles contain stats for deals that have been featured on Traded. If you would like for new deals to start being featured, we would suggest submitting new deals as they happen on submit.traded.co.

We are unable to add past deals at this time. Currently, your profile only displays deals that have been published through our submission form (submit.traded.co). Our team is working on a feature that will allow you to add your past deals to your profile. Stay tuned for updates on this feature, as it will enable you to showcase all of your previous transactions.
