Zach Riebe joined Newmark in 2023 as a Managing Director with the Texas Industrial Capital Markets Team, partnering with Dustin Volz, Stephen Bailey, and Dom Espinosa. Together, the team collectively specializes in industrial investment sales, portfolio dispositions, financing, and equity placement, including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations across the country. Riebe has been involved in over $7 billion in industrial transactions, totally in approximately 75 million square feet. Riebe brings to Newmark more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, with a background including valuation, consulting, and capital markets investment sales. Before joining Newmark, Riebe worked as a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle for 5 years. Riebe’s prior career experience also includes time at Altus Group and Centex Energy.
