Highcap Group’s Leasing department is led by industry veteran Anthony Volman who has been working in commercial leasing since the early 2000’s. Anthony has an extensive background and track record in retail, office, and industrial real estate leasing for a multiple firms during his tenure with an emphasis on buildings located in the NYC boroughs. Anthony Volman graduated from Odessa Polytechnic University, Ukraine with MS in Manufacturing & Engineering, and with an MBA from Boston University, concentrating on Real Estate and Marketing. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry selling and leasing all classes of industrial and commercial types of properties, including: Office, Retail, Warehouses, Multi-family, and Land. Prior to real estate, he also has about 10 years of experience working on the Wall Street with leading Investment Banks showing outstanding sales performance. Anthony’s financial experience coupled with his savvy tech and marketing abilities help him successfully lease all property types in any location in the local marketplace
