avid Annett is a Senior Associate in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Annett focuses on middle-market credit portfolio sales, sale leasebacks, and joint venture equity structuring in retail, industrial and office properties. Prior to joining Northmarq, Annett served as Senior Director at Stan Johnson Company, where he transacted over $729 million in volume and over 120 unique transactions.
Annett was a part of founding the firm’s first formal practice group – the Corporate Finance Group. The Corporate Finance Group’s primary focus is providing a range of services specifically to real estate operators and private equity groups, including services such as sale leasebacks, build-to-suit structuring and financing, lease advisory, restructuring and surplus property sales.
