Alan Cosby graduated from the University of Iowa and got his start in real estate in 2009 working as an assistant in a real estate firm that specialized exclusively in the sale of foreclosed properties. In 2010 he obtained his real estate license and was named the Chicago Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” for his accomplishments in his first year of business. He has worked for Westward360 for the past ten years and has continued to be a top producing agent for both leasing and sales. Additionally, he is a partner member of Everest Investments, a real estate buying group that focuses on multi family housing acquisition throughout the Chicagoland area. He personally owns two, three-unit buildings in Chicago, and another eight-unit property in Michigan. When not finding his clients their perfect home he can be found exploring the parks of Chicago with hound dog Jasper.
