Roberto Perez serves as Chief Executive Officer of HRP Group and is a founding partner of the company. As CEO, Roberto oversees all investment activities and is responsible for setting HRP's strategic vision and company culture. Under his leadership, the company has become one of the largest vertically integrated developers of Brownfield projects in the country. Roberto maintains an active role in deal sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building and has also spearheaded the development of The HRP Way to highlight the firm’s holistic approach to sustainable value creation. Prior to co-founding HRP Group, Roberto worked at Hilco Real Estate and U.S. Equities Realty. Roberto was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the United States as a young teenager. He is a graduate of Lake Forest College.
