Newark city leaders recently gathered with Russo Development principals to celebrate the official opening of Vermella Broad Street, a significant new residential project near the Broad Street NJ TRANSIT train station. This development is seen as a cornerstone for the neighborhood’s revitalization.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held at twilight, was attended by municipal, business, and community dignitaries, including Deputy Mayor Allison Ladd. Vermella Broad Street, located at 355 Broad St., boasts 296 apartments and 40,000 square feet of modern amenities, less than 500 feet from the train station.
