OceanLand Investments, a South Florida-based real estate development firm closed on a $96 million construction loan for Sixth&Rio, a luxury condominium project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with Invictus Real Estate Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, West Palm Beach-based Southern Realty Trust Inc.and Sunrise Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SUNS). JLL Capital Markets Managing Director, Brian Gaswirth and Associate, Paul Adams represented OceanLand.
