The City of Miami Urban Development Review Board has unanimously approved the ambitious Miami Riverbridge project. This redevelopment initiative is a collaboration between Miami-based developer Gencom and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, aimed at revitalizing the iconic Hyatt Regency site.

Scope and Design

The centerpiece of the project is a sprawling 3-tower complex spanning 3.8 million square feet. It will feature a mix of residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces designed to enhance Miami's skyline and urban experience.

Tower Details

The development's tallest structure will soar to 87 stories, reaching a height of 1,044 feet. This tower will house 860 luxury apartments, setting a new standard for residential living in the city. Adjacent to it, a 61-story tower will offer an additional 682 apartment units, while a 62-story tower will accommodate a 615-key Hyatt Hotel, complemented by extensive meeting facilities and serviced apartments.

Connectivity and Public Spaces

A 480-foot section of the Miami Riverwalk will be developed, incorporating 50,000 square feet of new public space.
