Hamilton Eastman Files for New 7-story Residential Development in Prime Williamsburg

Permits have been submitted for a new seven-story residential building at 111 South 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This site is situated between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue, conveniently close to the Marcy Avenue subway station, which is served by the J, M, and Z trains. The project is spearheaded by Jack Wolcowitz of Hamilton Eastman.

Building Specifications

The proposed building will stand 70 feet tall and encompass 29,595 square feet of residential space. It will feature 65 residential units, likely intended as rentals, with an average unit size of 455 square feet. The structure will be made of steel and include two cellar levels, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 50 open parking spaces.
