MG Developer has secured approval from the City of Doral for its latest project, Doral Parc: Midtown Doral Phase IV, V & VI. This ambitious mixed-use development will feature 552 residential units spread across three 10-story buildings, along with 22,740 square feet of retail space housed in two new parking garages. The project is a collaboration between MG Developer and Latin American entrepreneur Ernesto De Lucas.

Strategic Location and City Growth

As Doral continues to experience rapid growth, attracting multinational companies and new residents, MG Developer is positioning itself at the forefront of the city's transformation. Doral's strategic location near Miami International Airport, major transit routes, and recreational areas makes it an appealing destination for families and visitors alike.

Vision and Impact

Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer, expressed excitement about the project, highlighting its potential to become one of the most transformative developments in Doral. He emphasized the partnership with Ernesto De Lucas as a key element in raising the city's living standards and reinforcing its status as a prime residential area in South Florida.

Project Details and Design

Situated on the east side of NW 107th Avenue, between NW 86th Street and NW 90th Street, Doral Parc will offer a variety of apartment options, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The ground floor will feature retail spaces within two parking garages. Designed by Pascual Perez Kiliddjian & Starr, the project aims to introduce innovative design elements and modern amenities, enhancing Doral’s urban landscape.

Timeline and Amenities

Construction is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025. Alongside the residential and retail components, Doral Parc will offer a range of amenities such as a pool, public plaza, dog park, tot lot, and spaces for public art, contributing to the community's lifestyle and public spaces.

Collaboration and Future Growth

Diego Torrealba, Executive Vice President of MG Developer, expressed gratitude for the project's advancement, underscoring its role in Doral's ongoing transformation. He highlighted the collaboration with Ernesto De Lucas as a pivotal moment in the company's growth, predicting that Doral Parc will become a sought-after destination for those seeking a modern lifestyle in Doral.

Additional Approvals in Doral

In the same City Council meeting, the Trump Organization also received approval for its Doral International Towers project. This development will add over 1,400 residential units to the southeast corner of the Trump National Doral Miami, further contributing to the city’s rapid expansion.
