Miami’s Building Department has granted a demolition permit for the Tower 91 site, located at the southern end of the Design District, opposite Midtown Miami. This permit was approved on May 1.

Construction Permits in Process

In addition to the demolition permit, a master construction permit and a phased vertical permit are currently being processed. GT McDonald is the contractor overseeing these developments.

Project Overview

Tower 91 is set to feature 107 multi-family residential units, 21,812 square feet of commercial space, and 227 parking spaces.

Architectural and Development Team

The architectural design for Tower 91 is led by Elkus Manfredi, with Cube3 serving as the architect of record. The developers of the property at 91-93 NE 36 Street are Design District Associates and Prinz Corner LLC, entities affiliated with DACRA.
