Atlas Hospitality Files Permits for New 33-story Hotel Development in Midtown, Manhattan

A new 33-story hotel is planned for 170 West 48th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Situated between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, this location is conveniently close to the 49th Street subway station, which serves the N, R, and W trains, and the 47-50 Streets-Rockefeller Center station, which is served by the B, D, F, and M trains.

Project Details

The development, proposed to reach 343 feet in height, will cover 112,192 square feet designated for commercial use. The hotel will feature 422 rooms, each averaging 265 square feet in size. The concrete structure will include amenities such as a loading berth, a cellar, and a restaurant and bar located on the top floor.

Raj Guru of Atlas Hospitality is the owner behind the project, with Gene Kaufman Architect listed as the architect of record. While the necessary demolition permits have not yet been filed, no estimated completion date has been provided at this time.
