Tal Savariego joined Iron Hound in 2024 and has twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Iron Hound, Tal was a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group, where he handled all aspects of property analysis, debt structuring, and placement for over $10 billion of transactions. Tal has successfully executed transactions for institutional and private clients covering all facets of commercial real estate debt, including balance sheet, conduit, bridge, and construction financing throughout the United States. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Stern School of Business at New York University.
