Ken joined the Orlando office as a Senior Associate and member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. Ken’s twenty years of experience in real estate as a Broker, Asset Manager, and Sales Manager provides the background and knowledge to help maximize clients’ return on their real estate investments. These services include but not limited to advisory, underwriting, valuation, sale, acquisition, and leaseback strategies for commercial asset owners and developers. Mr. Hobson holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
