Jim came to the R.W. Holmes commercial brokerage team in 2011 after owning his own firm, JJM Real Estate, where he specialized in tenant representation and also advised real estate investors. Prior to that, he worked with GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners (2007- 2010) as a broker, focusing on the MetroWest market. Jim began his career in 2003 as an associate with NAI Hunneman and also worked with R.M. Bradley.
Jim has advised both tenants and landlords in lease negotiations and has brokered the sale of numerous properties. The list of tenants includes Firestone/Bridgestone, Peloton, Alcatel-Lucent, Middlesex Savings Bank, and the Boston Beer Company. He has also represented Lennar in the sale of a 206,699 SF facility, and Mass Development in numerous land and building sales including the sale of 86 acres to Bristol Meyers Squibb.
Jim is the father of three kids: two in high school and one in college. He is active in his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.
