Jeremy Hakala joined Newmark in 2015 and serves as a tenant representative specialist in the Miami office. Since joining Newmark, Mr. Hakala utilizes his in-depth knowledge of asset valuation and underwriting to identify possible opportunities for his clients. His intuitive approach to Tenant Representation has resulted in Mr. Hakala being involved in over 2.5M SF of transactions in which he was the lead broker in over 750K SF of those transactions.
