Ben Normatov is the head of real estate acquisitions and operations at Chateau Gabriel Group. Prior to his current role, Normatov was the director at Alpha Realty Investment Sales, where he has played a key role from 2019-2026. Throughout his career, he has successfully brokered over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, graduating magna cum laude. He began his real estate career in the residential sector with EXIT Realty Landmark in Manhattan’s Flatiron District before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2019. Ben's achievements have been consistently recognized in the industry. In 2019, he was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal's “Ones to Watch,” followed by a spotlight in their 2020 “Year in Review” during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
