State Rankings showcase the most prominent and prolific commercial real estate agents by type, location, and asset type.

October 26th 2023 - Traded is happy to announce the launch of dedicated state leaderboards. The commencement of official nationwide leaderboard pages will allow us to showcase the industry’s top investment sales, capital markets, and leasing agents by state and asset class.

Many of the most successful brokers on our platform specialize in a certain asset class and are consistent top performers in a given area. That being said, it is still difficult for investors and operators in a new to gain a clear understanding of who those most qualified and competent professionals are.

To solve this, Traded Rankings offers a leaderboard system which shows off the top brokers across geography, asset type, and service based on our extensive transaction database. Whether it’s office leasing in New York or residential sales in Florida, Traded Rankings lists the most productive agents objectively by deal count, volume and square footage. By tracking both lifetime and annual transaction metrics, Traded Rankings objectively shows the truly exceptional players on the field.

For investors and brokers who’d like to see the 2023 Traded Rankings go to traded.co/agents to see national rankings and choose a specific asset class or area to get started.

FAQs

1) There are other Broker ranking sites. Why is Traded doing this?

Although other sites may publish top broker lists, many of them lack transparency in how the winners are chosen. Traded Rankings is completely free and publishes the metrics and deals used to rank brokers making it the most transparent and objective way to find top brokers in an area.

2) How do you rank agents?

Each leaderboard ranks agents in three categories:

Investment Sales: Top brokers based on deal count or total sales volume.

Capital Markets: Top brokers based on deal count or total loan volume.

Leasing: Top brokers based on deal count or total leased square footage.

3) How often are the rankings updated?

The rankings are constantly changing as we improve our database of transactions and receive new data. By default the rankings page shows current year to date sales, but past years and lifetime statistics are also available.

4) Which deals qualify for Brokers to be considered for the rankings?

The Traded Media team tracks and verified all of the largest real estate transactions for our internal database which powers our leaderboards. For brokers who would like to verify the details of newly completed transactions, please go to submit.traded.co. For deals older than 12 months, email [email protected].
