Matthew Mandell joined Newmark/ GFP Real Estate in 1993 . He serves as an asset manager for close to two million square feet of office space on the Westside of Manhattan. Some of the assets which he is responsible for include 630 Ninth Avenue (the Landmark Film Center Building), 520 Eighth Avenue and 80 Eighth Avenue. With nearly three decades experience in the real estate industry, Matthew handles all aspects of leasing the process including lease negotiations, tenant renewals, and expansions as well as assisting with construction and major capital improvement projects on the buildings that he oversees. Mr. Mandell is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker and a member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Matthew graduated from The University of Delaware.
