Matthew is originally from Trumbull, Connecticut and attended Boston University. As a senior in college, he began a publishing company that put out real estate, apartment rental, and roommate magazines. These opportunities introduced him to hundreds of contacts in the real estate community as well as ancillary fields such as banking, inspections, and real estate law. In the mid 1990s, Matthew started a real estate company that today has three Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Brookline, Jamaica Plain, and Newton Center. He is a silent partner but participates in corporate development and consultation. Matthew began buying, managing, and developing real estate in the early to mid 1990s. At first he bought single units, three family houses, and small projects.
