Kyle Galin serves as Vice President at the Handler Real Estate Organization, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. Since joining the team has been involved in over 400 office and retail lease transactions across the Handro Properties portfolio as well as third party deals throughout Manhattan. Kyle has procured clients across a variety of industries, including tech, financial services, legal, fashion, and non-profits, and has proved himself to be one of the industries prominent up-and-coming brokers. Most recently, Kyle was instrumental in securing Welcome Homes a full floor of 14,000 SF at Rudin’s 41 Madison Avenue. Kyle also played a key role in the opening of Armada Music’s North American HQ at 76 Eighth Avenue, as well as in the leasing of Baycrest Advisor’s 10,000 SF full floor at 40 Wall Street.
