Gregory Williams is Principal and Co-Founder of Cardinal Point. Mr. Williams is involved in all facets of Cardinal Point’s business, but his primary roles include overseeing acquisitions, development projects, debt and equity structuring, asset management, and investor relations. Prior to co-founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, developer, and property manager as a professional in the development and capital markets areas of the firm. Mr. Williams served on the National Board of Directors for NAIOP from 2019-2024, is Past President and serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP Tampa Bay, is Past President and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Council (“REIC”) Tampa Bay and serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board at the University of Florida. Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
