Mr. Arthur was affiliated with the City Center mixed use development at the 12th Street BART station in downtown Oakland for 15 years, leaving as Vice President when the project was sold to The Shorenstein Company. Mr. Arthur has been involved in the development, leasing and sale of over four million square feet of property, including the site of the Cathedral of Christ the Light on Lake Merritt in Oakland.
