About

Andrew Holmberg is a Partner at Berkeley Partners and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Holmberg co-heads the firm’s investments team and oversees the firm’s capital raising initiatives and overall strategy. He has led the acquisition, asset management, repositioning/development of millions of square feet of industrial assets in Greater Boston, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Colorado. Andrew has been instrumental in the firm’s capital raising initiatives leading the fundraising of multiple discretionary funds, separate accounts and joint ventures.   Previously, Mr. Holmberg worked at The Davis Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment and development company and Long Wharf Capital in investor-facing roles. Mr. Holmberg began his career as an investment analyst at Landmark Partners, where he was involved with investing Landmark’s series of discretionary funds into a variety of real estate-related opportunities globally. Mr. Holmberg is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Andrew is based in Berkeley’s Dallas office.
