LBA Logistics Acquires Industrial Properties In Winston-Salem From Westcore For $38.16M

The industrial properties involved in this transaction consist of approximately 32.67 acres in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The portfolio, which totals 340,000 square feet, includes a 200,000-square-foot facility located at 4991 Millennium Drive and a 140,000-square-foot building at 4980 Millennium Drive. The sale price for these properties was $38,160,000, representing a price per square foot of $112.

LBA Logistics acquired the two warehouse properties from Westcore. The building at 4991 Millennium Drive is leased to Bunzl Distribution USA, while the property at 4980 Millennium Drive is leased to Southern Carlson. This acquisition supports LBA Logistics in expanding its industrial portfolio in the region.
