At the end of the day, we're super happy for the buyer here who followed through diligently in every way that he could, and we're also very appreciative of the seller -- it's not always easy and some would have lost faith but in the end we got it done, my friend. This is the third 25-footer we put in contract or closed between $425 and $525/BSF so far this year and expect a few more with the LM-tricks/UAP Certs that CoY opened up.
