The transaction involved a medical office building located at 175 Morristown Road in Basking Ridge, NJ. The property spans 26,063 square feet and sits on 5.84 acres, fully leased to tenants including the Franklin Surgical Center.

A private investor acquired the property in an all-cash transaction that attracted more than 10 offers before closing. Cushman & Wakefield's Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, and Dan Bottiglieri represented both the buyer and seller in this deal.
