Construction has reached its peak on Mason, a six-story mixed-use building situated in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by MY Architect P.C. and developed by ZD Jasper Realty, the structure stands at a height of 72 feet and spans approximately 37,588 square feet. It will comprise 42 condominium units ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts, along with 7,551 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and 21 enclosed parking spaces. Celtic Services NYC Inc. serves as the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of 41st Avenue and 24th Street.

Recent photographs depict the reinforced concrete superstructure nearing completion, with scaffolding and metal shoring facilitating the final stages of construction. Although the installation of the façade has not yet begun, renderings showcase a blend of beige brick and charcoal-hued paneling enveloping floor-to-ceiling windows with black mullions. The building boasts setbacks at its corners, each adorned with terraces featuring glass railings. Additionally, stacks of balconies adorn both the 24th Street and 41st Avenue elevations, with the main entrance situated beneath a canopy on the southeastern side facing 24th Street.
Mason is conveniently located near subway stations, including the F train at 21st Street-Queensbridge station to the northwest and the N, W, and 7 trains at the elevated Queensboro Plaza station to the southwest along Queens Plaza North.
Ryan Serhant from SERHANT is overseeing sales and marketing efforts for the condominium units.
Originally scheduled for completion in March 2023, the project is now expected to finish construction in the latter half of 2024.
