What the renovation included: The lobby has been completely remodeled, with a design by the Long Island-based firm Mojo Stumer. In addition to that, the renovation included the construction of two new floors with glass walls and private outdoor spaces.
The new space: The 5th floor has 9,400 SF available, while the 6th features 7,500 SF and a 1,260 SF terrace. The 7th floor spans 4,500 SF, and a 1,060 SF terrace. The rooftop is a terrace that spans 1,535 SF. Overall, the renovation boasts a whopping 24,400 SF of office space and 3,855 SF of terraces for tenants.
