When Yolanda Hadid's Malibu home first appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2013, it garnered significant attention for its luxurious interiors, particularly its unique glass-front produce fridge. The Mediterranean-inspired villa, now up for sale for just under $35 million, is a symbol of opulent living.

Yolanda Hadid, mother to models Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, bought the property in 2007 for $4.5 million. Collaborating with a team of 100 builders, she extensively renovated the six-bedroom, 11-bath mansion, which she shared with her then-husband, Grammy-winning composer David Foster. Hadid sold the mansion in 2015 for $19.5 million to Robert F. Smith, who later leased it to Kylie Jenner for $450,000 a month in 2019.
Located on a 3.2-acre bluff-top parcel, the villa offers nearly 11,700 square feet of living space over three levels. Highlights include resort-style grounds with an infinity-edge pool, fire pit, al fresco dining area, and lemon orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an eat-in island, top-tier stainless appliances, breakfast room, and the famed glass-front produce fridge, complemented by a formal dining area and a glamorous living room.
The estate is described as a blend of Mediterranean charm and Southern California perfection, featuring dark hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and walls of glass showcasing views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Mountains.
The interiors include a cozy family room opening to a covered terrace with a fireplace, a wood-paneled study, plush movie theater, and a game room with a wet bar. The primary suite features a fireplace, private balcony, office nook, dual designer closets, and luxurious baths.

The lower level focuses on relaxation, offering a double wine cellar with a 2,000-bottle capacity and a spa area with a mirrored gym, massage and cold-plunge rooms, and steam and sauna facilities.

Outside, the property boasts an attached four-car garage and a gated motorcourt with space for at least 20 vehicles.
Yolanda Hadid appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for four seasons (2012-2016). She left the show to focus on her recovery from Lyme disease and divorced Foster in 2015. Today, Hadid resides peacefully on her farm in Pennsylvania.
