Workspace Provider Workbox Opens New Downtown Dallas Location

Workbox, a national workspace provider catering to small, early, and growth-stage companies, has opened a new unit in Victory Plaza, located in the Uptown submarket of Dallas. This new location, named Workbox Dallas – Victory Park, is situated directly next to the American Airlines Center at 3090 Nowitzki Way, Suite 300.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Facilities

Spanning over 50,000 square feet, Workbox Dallas – Victory Park is the company's largest workspace outside of its home base in Chicago. The facility offers two floors of workspace, including lounges, conference rooms, open kitchens, and offices designed to accommodate teams ranging from one to 130 individuals. A tenant-only fitness center and a daytime lounge are set to open in June.

Flexible Leasing Options

Workbox is introducing several leasing specials to attract new members, including two months free on a 12-month lease. For those seeking individual plans, options such as floating memberships and reserved desks are also available.
