<p>The center&#39;s anchor tenant will be Publix, a well-known grocery chain. In addition to Publix, the center will host other notable businesses such as Great Clips and Le Nail Salon.</p>

<h4><strong>Project Timeline and Location</strong></h4>

<p>The Shoppes at Orange Blossom is anticipated to be completed by late summer 2025. The development will be positioned at the entrance of Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, a 150-acre venue known for outdoor activities and entertainment. It will also be conveniently located next to the Emblem at Orange Blossom apartment community.</p>
