WMG Development has commenced construction on The Shoppes at Orange Blossom, an exciting new retail hub in Naples. The shopping center, set to cover over 60,000 square feet, will be prominently located at the intersection of Oil Well Road and Big Corkscrew Drive.

Anchor Tenants and Features

The center's anchor tenant will be Publix, a well-known grocery chain. In addition to Publix, the center will host other notable businesses such as Great Clips and Le Nail Salon.

Project Timeline and Location

The Shoppes at Orange Blossom is anticipated to be completed by late summer 2025. The development will be positioned at the entrance of Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, a 150-acre venue known for outdoor activities and entertainment. It will also be conveniently located next to the Emblem at Orange Blossom apartment community.
