With 69 residential units tailored for independent seniors, One Wingate Way East presents a boutique-style community spread across three floors. The development boasts bespoke amenities including a pickleball court, rooftop lounge and grille, golf simulator, art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and a library. Various one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, each with Juliet balconies and French doors, offer a range of floor plans. Construction is set to commence by late 2024.
