The luxurious, state-of-the-art residences: The taller western tower, standing at 36 stories, will host 149 residences with interiors designed by Gabellini Sheppard Associates. On the other hand, the slightly shorter 26-story eastern sibling will offer interiors designed by Gilles et Bossier, featuring natural European oak plank flooring and premium finishes. Both towers will present a host of amenities, including a lap pool, fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, private treatment rooms, a golf simulator, a children's playroom, and a glass-enclosed lounge offering breathtaking views.
