A new multifamily development called Solverre, located in Uptown Chicago, is currently preleasing and set to open its doors in the upcoming spring season. Developed and operated by Willow Bridge (formerly known as Lincoln Property Company), Solverre offers a range of housing options from studios to two-bedroom units, spanning from 450 to 1,229 square feet.

Prime Location and Unique Features

Situated at 4600 N Marine Drive, Solverre boasts a prime location just steps away from Uptown’s vibrant dining, entertainment, and nightlife scene. The focal point of the development is its expansive third-floor pool deck and terrace, offering stunning views of Lake Michigan and ample sunshine. The name "Solverre" derives from the Spanish word "Sol" meaning sun and the French word "Verre" meaning glass, perfectly capturing the essence of the sun-drenched, glass-clad building.

Amenities and Interior Features

Willow Bridge - Properties - Solverre

Solverre offers an array of amenities designed to enhance residents' living experience. These include a top-floor Sol Lounge with panoramic views and a private dining room, work-from-home pods with abundant natural light, a fully equipped fitness center, a social lounge with a private kitchen, ample bike storage, reserved parking with EV-equipped spaces, and 24/7 concierge services. Apartment interiors feature high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting, keyless entry, smart thermostats, soft-close cabinetry, spacious closets, in-unit washer and dryers, and high-speed internet. Select units also offer patios or balconies overlooking Lake Michigan.

Community Integration and Contribution

Solverre is designed to seamlessly integrate into the local community while making a positive impact. The development pays homage to the Uptown Piping Plover birds, Monty and Rose, with a brand mark featuring two little birds. Additionally, specialty glass is incorporated into the building's design to protect migrating bird populations. Eight affordable housing units will be available at Solverre, and the development will contribute $3.1 million towards a new 28-unit affordable housing project by Sarah’s Circle, aimed at supporting women experiencing homelessness.
