Developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development, the building features 50 condominium units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with prices starting at $1.575 million, alongside ground-floor retail spaces. The Eklund Gomes Team and The Tuinstra-Davis Team at Douglas Elliman, led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, are spearheading the property's sales and marketing efforts, while Ryder Construction took charge of its construction at the vibrant corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue, bordering Greenwich Village.

Significant progress has been made since our last update in March, with all remaining windows, metal grilles, and dark mullions installed along the ground-floor retail frontage. While barricades and fencing still surround the area, infrastructure upgrades to the nearby subway station are nearing completion. The project also includes enhancements to the 14th Street subway station, serving the F, M, and L trains, as well as providing underground access to the 1, 2, and 3 trains along Seventh Avenue, with direct accessibility to PATH trains to New Jersey at the subway entrance on the property's corner.
