Developer VISTA Property, in partnership with Skender, has finished construction on The Leo, a 21-story mixed-use multifamily tower situated at 741 N. Wells Street in River North.

The Leo: A Boutique Luxury Rental Building

The Leo offers 168 open-concept apartment units designed by Antunovich Associates. Boasting luxury features such as floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end kitchen appliances, in-unit laundry, private balconies, and expansive nine-foot ceilings, the building caters to upscale living.

Property Features and Amenities

In addition to the apartment units, The Leo includes 3,877 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property offers an array of amenities, including an in-gym yoga studio, an outdoor pool with a lounge area, a rooftop deck with a fire pit and grills, a kitchen café, and a group fitness terrace.

Financing and Development

The development of The Leo was made possible through financing from Huntington Bank, securing a first mortgage loan.

VISTA Property's Perspective

Ark Latt, Chief Development Officer at VISTA Property, highlights the strategic importance of The Leo within River North. He notes the area's significant growth and the rising demand for integrated living, working, and recreational spaces in downtown Chicago's vibrant core.
