Key Points

  • Ultra-Exclusive Amenities: The Copper Club offers 24/7 hospitality, from waterfront dining to spa and fitness facilities, setting a new benchmark for resident experiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Developed by Terra and One Thousand Group with Major Food Group, blending real estate expertise with high-end service for premium appeal.
  • Market Timing: Aligns with forecasted price growth and cooling luxury segment, positioning units for appreciation and strong rental demand.

Miami’s luxury condo market is getting a reset, and Villa Miami’s latest move proves it. The Copper Club, a residents-only club at Villa Miami by Major Food Group, delivers ultra-curated hospitality from morning to night. Located on the waterfront at 710 NE 29th St., this Edgewater project merges design, exclusivity, and brand power into a lifestyle few buildings can match.

Inside The Copper Club

Created by Charles & Co. of AD100 fame, The Copper Club stretches across several floors. A ground-level restaurant anchors the space, complemented by private dining rooms, a bar-staffed Great Room, games, and a top-tier gym. Wellness runs deep with yoga and boxing spaces, personal training, a Mediterranean lagoon pool, herbal saunas, thermal plunge pools, and even IV therapy. According to Mario Carbone, the concept is about expanding restaurant-quality service into every hour of the resident experience. It’s also Major Food Group’s first waterfront venture.

Development and Design

Villa Miami is a collaboration between David Martin’s Terra and One Thousand Group. The look leans into European elegance with soft furnishings and natural materials, wrapped in a modern Miami shell. Unit pricing hasn’t been disclosed yet, but the positioning is clearly ultra-luxury. That syncs with local trends. Pre-construction condos have shown strong appreciation, and Miami Realtors project 4% price growth for single-family homes by the end of 2026. Condos are likely to follow as rate stability returns.

2026 Outlook for Luxury Condos

South Florida’s luxury sector is shifting in favor of buyers. With more completions expected in 2026, supply is growing, but ultra-luxury buildings like Villa Miami compete on experience, not just square footage. Forecasts suggest modest rate cuts will boost buyer activity, especially at the high end. Still, it’s a bifurcated market. Middle-tier condos lag, while entry-level and luxury units continue to move.

Why It Matters for Landlords and Investors

For landlords, The Copper Club is a differentiator that commands premium rents and improves lease-up velocity. These kinds of hospitality-driven assets drive higher occupancy and long-term yield. In a market where cookie-cutter luxury is saturating the pipeline, differentiated products like Villa Miami offer both insulation and upside. With 2026 shaping up to be a year of moderate rate relief and selective growth, the Copper Club model looks positioned to outperform.

Villa Miami is more than another tower. It’s a strategy for landlords and investors to capitalize on the growing demand for service-rich, design-forward living.
