Unveiling Crescent Real Estate's Landmark Project in Fort Worth

Fort Worth's cultural district is now home to a new mixed-use development by Crescent Real Estate. The project, which has already become a local landmark, boasts a deluxe hotel, top-tier office building, and high-end apartments, setting a new standard for commercial development in the area.

A New Addition to the Crescent Family

For over three decades, Dallas' Crescent development has been a local icon. Now, its sister project in Fort Worth is following suit. Although the two developments have distinct designs, both have significantly impacted their respective neighborhoods. The Fort Worth Crescent, located about two miles west of downtown in the Cultural District, features three sleek, modern-style buildings.

Inside the Fort Worth Crescent

The new development houses a 200-room hotel filled with modern artworks, comfortable furnishings, and large windows offering views of Camp Bowie Boulevard. The hotel is part of a $250 million, three-building project that broke ground two years ago. The five-story hotel, designed by Denver-based OZ Architecture, includes 12 suites and 14,000 square feet of meeting space.

Office Space and Apartments

Adjacent to the hotel is an eight-story office building that is already partially occupied. The 170,000-square-foot building is almost fully leased, with lead tenants including PNC Bank, Satori Capital, and Raymond James. The development also includes 167 luxury apartments, still under construction, which are expected to be the city's highest rentals once they open later this year.

Future Plans

Given the early success of the Fort Worth project, Crescent Real Estate is already planning another development on an adjoining site. This upcoming project is expected to complement the existing development and further enhance the area's appeal.

With its unique design, high-end amenities, and strategic location, Crescent Real Estate's new Fort Worth project is more than just a commercial development - it's a new landmark that's reshaping the city's landscape.
