  • Construction is advancing on Phases II and III of Glasshouse at O-Town West at 11780 Glass House Lane in Orlando, Florida.
  • The two five-story buildings will add 591 multifamily residences, bringing the overall Glasshouse community to more than 900 units across three buildings.
  • Unicorp National Developments is developing the project, with Roger B. Kennedy Construction serving as general contractor.
  • The expansion is backed by a $168 million construction loan from Centennial Bank and is expected to be completed in mid-2028.

What The Final Glasshouse Phases Will Add

Construction is moving forward on the final phases of Glasshouse at O-Town West in southwest Orlando. The project is located at 11780 Glass House Lane and is part of Unicorp National Developments' larger O-Town West master-planned community. Phases II and III will add 591 multifamily residences across two five-story buildings. Once completed, the full Glasshouse development will have more than 900 residences across three buildings. The expansion is being developed by Unicorp National Developments, with Roger B. Kennedy Construction serving as general contractor.

What Construction Looks Like On Phase II

Phase II is currently the more advanced of the two buildings. The residential structure has largely reached its planned five-story height, while crews have moved into roof framing. Wood trusses are forming the pitched and gabled roof sections across the upper level. Structural wall sheathing has also enclosed large portions of the exterior, giving the building a much clearer shape as construction progresses.

What Construction Looks Like On Phase III

Phase III remains at a more exposed stage, offering a closer look at the project's wood-framed construction. Residential wings are continuing to rise around the internal parking garage, which is becoming increasingly enclosed as framing extends around its perimeter. Concrete elevator cores remain visible above the surrounding wood structure, while portions of the upper floors are still open as framing and sheathing work continues. The two phases are progressing at different speeds, but both are now well into their structural construction.

What The Financing Supports

The expansion is backed by a $168 million construction loan from Centennial Bank, which was provided in 2025 for Phases II and III. The financing supports the continued construction of the two buildings and represents a significant investment in the next stage of the Glasshouse development. The project also adds hundreds of new rental residences to southwest Orlando, an area that continues to see major residential and mixed-use development.

What O-Town West Adds To The Project

Glasshouse is part of O-Town West, Unicorp National Developments' larger master-planned development in southwest Orlando. The broader community includes residential, retail, hospitality, entertainment and other uses. As the final Glasshouse phases move forward, the multifamily component will become a larger part of the overall O-Town West development. The additional 591 residences will also bring more residents into the master-planned community as other portions of the project continue to develop.

What The Construction Timeline Looks Like

Glasshouse at O-Town West is expected to be completed in mid-2028. With Phase II approaching its full five-story height and Phase III continuing to rise, the buildings are moving beyond early structural work and becoming increasingly visible from surrounding roads and properties. As framing and sheathing continue, the final exterior forms of the two buildings will become easier to see, bringing the project closer to completion and adding another major multifamily component to O-Town West.
