Ao Hospitality, a company known for its restaurants and catering services, has secured a 3,214-square-foot lease at a property owned by Two Trees Management. The building is located along the Williamsburg, Brooklyn, waterfront. However, details such as the lease's duration, broker information, and rent specifics remain undisclosed. Previous reports suggest that rents on the lower floors of the building, a former sugar factory, range between $65 to $76 per square foot.

Ao Hospitality's Culinary Offerings

Specializing in various Asian cuisines, Ao Hospitality operates several restaurants across New York, including Hupo in Long Island City, Shan in Cobble Hill, and Fleur in Park Slope. While the purpose of the new lease—whether it's a new office or a relocation—remains unclear, the expansion marks another chapter in the company's growth.

Other Tenants in the Development

Ao Hospitality isn't the only recent addition to the waterfront development. Knocking, a company focused on e-commerce and content production, signed a lease for 2,145 square feet on the fourth floor. Additionally, other businesses such as the gym chain Equinox and hair dryer manufacturer The Beachwaver Company have already taken up space, with Equinox leasing 42,000 square feet and Beachwaver occupying 5,100 square feet.

Cannabis Dispensary and Other New Leases

Another notable tenant in the development is Gotham, a cannabis dispensary, which secured a 4,000-square-foot space in July. The development continues to attract a diverse range of businesses, solidifying its status as a key location in Brooklyn’s commercial landscape.
