Two Trees Management, in collaboration with Saga Hospitality Group, Chef James Kent, and SC Holdings, has announced plans for a new bakery and restaurant at The Refinery at Domino, situated in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This establishment will span around 3,000 square feet within the renovated 460,000-square-foot office building, which was revamped by Practice for Architecture and Urbanism.

The Refinery: A Fusion of History and Modernity
The Refinery is an integral part of the transformed Domino Sugar Factory campus, blending historical architectural elements with contemporary design in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg. This innovative project seeks to harmonize the legacy of the area with modern urban living.
A Promising Culinary Destination
Located in the heart of Williamsburg, The Refinery aims to contribute to the neighborhood's evolving culinary scene. The entire Domino Sugar Factory campus, situated along the East River waterfront, is slated to accommodate approximately 4,000 residential units on a sprawling 10-acre plot.
Excitement Over the New Addition
Bonnie Campbell, principal of Two Trees Management, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, welcoming Saga Hospitality Group and Chef Renata Ameni to The Refinery. Campbell anticipates that the bakery and restaurant will swiftly establish itself as a beloved culinary hotspot for tenants, local residents, and visitors to Domino Park.
