Construction is nearing completion on One Domino Square, a two-tower residential complex situated at 346 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Selldorf Architects and developed by Two Trees, the project comprises two towers, standing at 52 and 39 stories respectively, with heights of 550 and 450 feet. Together, they will offer 600 apartments, encompassing both condominium and rental units.
Project Overview

346 Kent Construction serves as the general contractor for One Domino Square. The site is part of the larger Domino Sugar waterfront master plan by SHoP Architects and James Corner Field Operations. Situated within this plan, the complex is bounded by the former Domino Sugar Refinery to the north, Kent Avenue to the east, and River Street and Domino Park to the west.
Construction Progress
Recent progress indicates significant advancements in construction. Façade installation has reached the pinnacles of both towers. Previously, upper floors and the bulkhead of the taller tower were exposed, but now, the tower crane has been dismantled, and scaffolding and black netting have been removed from the multi-story podium. This unveiling has revealed the gray stone exterior at the base of the building. While most of the towers' façade panels are installed, sections where construction hoists remain attached await completion.
Features and Amenities

Renderings depict One Domino Square's podium adorned with a green roof and an outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, the entire property will be encircled by new tree-lined sidewalks, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and livability.
Projected Completion
With construction progress steadily moving forward, One Domino Square is expected to conclude construction in April, marking a significant milestone in the development of this residential complex in Williamsburg.
