Turnbridge Equities and the Burt Group have set their sights on crafting a 45-story marvel in the vibrant North Burnet neighborhood, overlooking the iconic Q2 Stadium. This visionary project is anticipated to house approximately 825 modern apartments, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the area. Recent reports from the Austin Business Journal indicate that the Austin Planning Commission has wholeheartedly suggested the rezoning proposal to the City Council on Feb. 13. While the date for the City Council's deliberation is yet to be determined, the anticipation and excitement surrounding this potential development continue to grow.

The current site boasts four office buildings spreading over 175,000 square feet, setting the stage for a remarkable transformation.
