Tricap, Integra & LNDKMRK Unveil Vision for Innovative 20-Story Office Tower in Miami

In a transformative move, TriStar Capital, Integra Investment, and LNDKMRK Development have unveiled their vision for a 20-story office building at 3601 N. Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33127. This ambitious project comes on the heels of the purchase of a 1.03-acre property for $23 million in May 2022. Notably, the property was acquired from LV Lending, following a bankruptcy filing by its previous owners. Although originally conceived as "Triptych Miami," this development promises a fresh and innovative approach to this prime Miami location.

A Towering Landmark: The centerpiece of this endeavor is a striking 20-story tower set to redefine Miami's skyline. This iconic structure will offer approximately 450,000 square feet of brand-new, state-of-the-art construction, adding a significant dimension to Miami's commercial real estate portfolio.

Spacious and Flexible Office Space: Within the tower, approximately 199,048 square feet is dedicated to office space, starting from the eighth floor. Offices will be designed with floor plates ranging from 12,000 to 21,000 square feet, catering to modern businesses' need for adaptable, spacious workplaces.
