Zeckendorf's New 66-unit Luxury Condo Approaches Completion in UES

In the heart of the Treadwell Farm Historic District on Manhattan's Upper East Side, the finishing touches are being put on The Treadwell, an elegant 28-story residential tower. The Tower's Striking Exterior

Significant progress has been made since our last update in March, where scaffolding still covered large sections of the concrete superstructure. Recent photographs reveal that the exterior is nearly complete, with only a few finishing touches remaining. These include the paneling around the crown's rear, glass railings on the upper balconies, and the ground-floor frontages still concealed by sidewalk sheds. An aerial view of the crown showcases its intricate Art Deco-inspired design, featuring a tiered arrangement of rounded fins that enclose the mechanical bulkhead. Private terraces are carved out of the four corners, providing residents with a unique outdoor space.

Lavish Interiors and Amenities

Renderings of The Treadwell by DBOX offer a glimpse into the tower's main structure, the East 62nd Street annex, the lobby, and the residential interiors. The Treadwell is designed to accommodate two to four homes per floor, promising spacious and comfortable living spaces. The first two levels will house a range of amenities, including a double-height lobby, a fitness center, a sauna and steam room, an on-site superintendent, a children's playroom, a private landscaped courtyard, a lounge, meeting rooms, and a meditation garden.
