What to expect from this development: A preliminary rendering of the project reveals a modern, six-story building thoughtfully designed to integrate with the sloped landscape. While the final facade details are yet to be unveiled, the rendering showcases framed balconies with glass railings, a standard punched window system, and a setback sixth floor, indicating a contemporary aesthetic that complements the surroundings.

Location, location, location: Situated on a sprawling four-acre assemblage encompassing eight neighboring lots at 36, 50, and 56 St. Joseph Avenue, 1, 6, 7, and 10 Cavalli Circle, and 55 Vineyard Avenue, the envisioned project promises a transformative addition to the Yonkers landscape. The history behind the whereabouts: The proposed location, formerly a part of Mulford Gardens—a defunct public housing project—was transferred to the city by the Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Yonkers in 2019.
