Titan Development Launches Construction of 197K SF Industrial Park in San Antonio

Titan Development, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has commenced construction on the Schertz35 industrial park situated in Schertz, Texas, a suburb of San Antonio.

Features of the First Building

The inaugural structure on the property boasts impressive specifications, comprising 196,519 square feet of space. It will feature 32-foot clear heights, two drive-in ramps, 43 docks, a 60-foot speed bay, and ample parking accommodations with space for 136 cars and 50 trailers.

Expected Completion Timeline

Anticipated to be completed by the year's end, this building marks the initial phase of development within the Schertz35 industrial park.

Funding and Investment

Titan Development is financing the construction of the project through its Real Estate Fund III investment vehicle. This fund, which concluded last May, successfully raised $122 million to support ventures like the Schertz35 industrial park.
